Processing of personal data and information provided in the registration email of workshops in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

ATTENTION:
The administrator of personal data ("Data") of the Conference participants is S`Art Production based in Krakow (code: 31-101), Square on Groble 6/6

Providing data in the course of registration is a condition for registration of the conference participant.
Data will not be transferred to international countries outside the European Economic Area. The data will not be profiled or automated.

The data will be processed only in the process of individual registration, organization, conducting and settlement of workshops pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. A and B of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). ; - performance of legal obligations incumbent on the organizer in connection with the implementation of workshops, in particular obligations in the field of accounting and tax settlements (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (C of the GDPR). - The Organizer may process the Participant's personal data also to determine, investigate or defend claims (law: Article 6 (1) (1)). - And after the indicated period, the data will be destroyed.

A complaint regarding data processing can be submitted to the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data. In the Republic of Poland, the supervisory body is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The data subject has the right to rectify data, access data, to delete data, to limit data processing. The request in question should be sent to S`Art Production.
The data subject is entitled to object to data processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has occurred before the consent was withdrawn. The request in question should be sent to S`Art Production
