On the initiative of the Scientific Council of European Society of Hypertension the 1st Department of Cardiology, Interventional Electrocardiology and Hypertension organizes the International Satellite Symposium to the ESH 2023 Congress in April 2023.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Symposium, I am pleased to invite you to participate in this event.
The symposium is dedicated to the broadly understood environmental determinants of hypertension. The topic covers classic environmental factors, but also dietary habits, the impact of comorbidities and other risk factors for the development of hypertension. The invited lecturers and chairmen are globally recognized experts in the field of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases, which guarantees a high scientific level of the meeting.
On the second day of the Symposium workshops aimed at improving practical skills in hypertension diagnostics including ECG, echocardiography and imaging examinations are planned.

The Symposium will be onsite and takes place in the auditorium and seminar rooms of the University Hospital in Kraków, Jakubowskiego 2 str, on April 21-22, 2023.
